Takara Tomy's Transformers New Legends line brings Delta Magnus, leader of the Primal Vanguard outer space unit, together with his subordinate Cybertron Powered Drive and their ally Secret Agent Arcee in one set.
Delta Magnus transforms from robot to carrier trailer and stands approximately 23.7 cm tall. Cybertron Powered Drive converts from robot to buggy at around 9.3 cm and stores inside the trailer. Secret Agent Arcee is a Headmaster that transforms from robot to head and can ride in Cybertron Powered Drive.
Delta Magnus and Cybertron Powered Drive pay tribute to the colours of Diaclone Powered Convoy and its Powered Buggy, the toys Ultra Magnus came from. It is the early colour scheme also seen in the pilot film for The Transformers: The Movie.
