Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery via Royal Mail on all orders. We'll email you a tracking link once your order ships.

We also ship internationally via DHL - rates are calculated at checkout.

When does my order ship?

  • In stock - Ships right away.
  • Preorders - Ships once stock arrives. Release dates can shift - we'll keep you updated.
  • Backorders - Ships as soon as stock is back. We'll let you know of any delays.

UK orders: Each item ships as it becomes available.

International orders: We bundle everything into one shipment. Want items shipped separately? Just place separate orders. Any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

Packaging & shipping protection

Every order is packed with collector-grade protection. All shipments are tracked and insured.

Returns

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition and packaging. Opened or unsealed items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Preorders & backorders

You may cancel a preorder at any time before release for a full refund of any payment taken. For deposit preorders, release is the point when the remaining balance is charged; for full-payment preorders, it's when we begin dispatch. Backorders may be cancelled at any time before they ship. Once an item has been dispatched, standard return conditions apply.

How to return

  1. Contact us with your order number to request a return authorisation
  2. We'll review your request and send return instructions if approved
  3. Send the item back unopened, in its original condition and packaging
  4. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Do not send items back without return authorisation - unauthorised returns will not be processed. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We may refuse returns or apply a deduction where items show signs of opening, use, or damage.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us with photographs as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will attempt a repair or replacement first. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process.
