From The Transformers: The Movie (1986), this is Hot Rod as the young Autobot warrior, before the Matrix of Leadership turns him into Rodimus Prime.

It is a non-transforming articulated figure. Hot Rod stands about 18 cm tall on a frame of die-cast zinc alloy and engineering plastic, with around 46 points of articulation. The MDLX line is redesigned by threezero art director Kelvin Sau.
His laser blaster and blaster rifle combine into the photon eliminator rifle. Eight hand sets are included, among them a thumbs-up hand, a pointing hand and handshake hands for Hot Rod and Optimus Prime. The Matrix of Leadership is not included: it comes with MDLX Optimus Prime (sold separately).
Part of threezero's MDLX 1986 Movie Edition series for the film's 40th anniversary, alongside Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron and Fallen Coronation Starscream (each sold separately). threezero estimates it will ship from Hong Kong in the fourth quarter of 2026.
