INART Action brings the older Bruce Wayne of The Dark Knight Returns to its action figure line in his blue suit. The figure stands approximately 16.9 cm tall with a heavy muscular build and a floor-length fabric cape wired for posing.

Three head sculpts give a serious face, a roaring face plus a gritted-teeth grin. Thirteen interchangeable hands include fists, open hands, grappling rope grips, sniper rifle grips, joined-finger hands, a batarang hand, a cryo-spray hand plus a coin-holding hand.

Accessories include a sniper rifle, a grappling rope, a cryo-spray, a coin, three batarangs plus a removable utility belt pouch. Two chest emblems swap between a clean look and a battle-damaged one. A display base with a stand is included.
